Lisbon International Airport is located at 35 Km from the Hotel. We recommend you to leave to the airport: European flights two hours prior to your flight departure. International flights three hours prior to your flight departure. For more information please contact our Family Concierge.
In a bid to cut down on the environmental impact of laundering your sheets, as standard they are only changed every third day. Should you wish this to be done before, please leave the designated card on the bed.
The Business Center is available, free of charge at The Lounge Bar 24 hours a day and at the M bar during opening hours.

We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 12h00. If you wish to stay on and make use of the facilities for the rest of the day, we can open you a Day Guest account for further purchases you may wish to make. Do Not Disturb
There is a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign in your room. If you wish not to be disturbed by housekeeping or the turndown service, please place the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign outside your door. Please remember to remove this once you leave to ensure we are able to service your room promptly. (This can be found hanging on the inside of your door).

If you would like some washing done during your stay, simply place your items in the laundry bag provided (in the wardrobe) and contact Reception to collect it (Dial “9”). Laundry sent before 10:00 will be returned the following day before 19:00. An Express Service is available, and items received prior to 10:00 will be delivered the same day prior to 19:00. A surcharge of 50% will be applied. Dry cleaning is also available (not available during weekends and public holidays). If you would like any items ironed, please contact our Family Concierge.
The lights in your room will only operate while your room key is placed in the card switch just inside your door. This is designed to prevent the lights being accidentally left on and wasting energy. Your bedside lamp also works as a reading lamp. Simply tilt the shade backwards to redirect the light.
A mini-bar is at your disposal in your room. The charges will be made daily to your accounts. The Room Service will be pleased to replace items if you require so.
If you would like to have your printed newspaper it will also be possible. Cost of 3,00€ for national newspapers and 5,00€ for international newspapers. Please contact our Family Concierge (dial 9).
Pets are not allowed in the Hotel, Villas or public areas.
As a standard your bed is made up with 2 Aquagel and 2 synthetic foam pillows. Should you wish a different combination, please contact our Family Concierge.

A safe is located in the wardrobe of your room. Please use this to keep your valuable items safe at all times. How to program and operate the safe:
- Open the door of the safe, press the red button inside (on the door near the lock) and the display will show “SET CODE”.
- Press numbers (3 to 8) that you wish to have as your new user code. Confirm by pressing the “START” button.
- After hearing a beep, the display will show “IN” and your inputted numbers. This means that your new user code has been confirmed.
- After the new user code has been confirmed, please close the safe door.
- To open the safe door please press the “START” button, insert your user code and press the “START” button again. The safe door will open.
There are also safes at the reception / Family Concierge if needed.
Sewing Kit and Service
A sewing kit can be found in the amenities set. Sewing service is available. Prices: hem 10€, other arrangements on budget. Please contact our Family Concierge (dial 9) for additional assistance.
Your own personal beach slippers can be found in your wardrobe.
Smoking is not permitted inside the hotel and in the Playground area.

In a bid to cut down on the environmental impact of laundering our towels, we will only change them when you ask. To do this, place the towels in the bath or shower and the housekeeping team will provide you with a clean set.
