• Personal Training – weight control, muscle tone, cardiovascular endurance, hypertrophy and stress reduction.
• PT Fitness – planned session according to guest objectives.
(all group classes can be converted into personal training)
• PT Duo – Training for 2 people.
• Family PT – Training for the same purpose up to 4 people. From 14 years.
• PT Triathlon – swimming, cycling and running in a 120m session or 3 sessions of 60m.
(Depending on customer’s request and physical condition)
• PT Yoga – planned session according to guest objectives.
